Planning your portrait party is easy! All you need is a location and some friends!

Portrait Parties are a great way to get family portrait sessions done and out of the way. Think of it like picture day—everyone gets dressed up and ready for their headshot—except far more fun! You can have fun with your friends and still have time to get those family photos that you keep saying you’ll do, well, done!

Portrait Parties are perfect for family reunions when you want a photographer to capture the whole family, but each family still wants to have their own photos taken or even for an elementary school fundraiser!

Things You Need:

Investment and Portrait Party Exclusive Package Prices*:

Most Popular: $25.00 USD per family sitting fee. This gives each family thirty minutes of photographer time. This thirty minute time includes full-family portraits. Each individual portrait requested requires an additional time slot. Following the portrait party, each family receives access to their own gallery.

Great for individual child photos: $15.00 USD per family sitting fee. This gives each family fifteen minutes of photographer time. This fifteen minute time includes full-family portraits. Each individual portrait requested requires an additional time slot. Following the portrait party, each family receives access to their own gallery. This fifteen minute slot option is great if you want photos of each of your children separately, but don’t want a dedicated thirty-minutes per child.

Individual digital downloads (no package) $20 per pose digital download. Great option if you only need one photo!

Digital Only Package: $75.00 USD Select four (4) poses to be delivered in digital format to client’s email.

Family Prints: $30.00 USD Select one (1) pose to be delivered in print form as one (1) sheet of 2.5 x 3.5 (wallet size, 4 copies), two (2) 5 x 7 prints, and one (1) 8 x 10. Prints fulfilled by Millers.

*Prices do not include taxes, shipping, or additional fees incurred for travel expenses outside of photographer’s servicing range. These prices only reflect the packages exclusive to the Portrait Party model and does not reflect costs for single digital copies, canvas prints, gallery prints, etc. See contract for further information.
